Workshop Overview
Facilitated by:

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to surge across the globe, we are reminded that we have a long way to go before the return to pre-COVID life. With the resurgence of cases, many businesses and communities are returning to that place of uncertainty and fear.
While a second wave may be on the horizon, the evolution of the pandemic will likely see an increase in cluster cases which can result in both individual business and geographical lockdowns.
- Are you feeling uncertain about how to manage the potential cluster risk?
- Would you like to feel more confident in your decision-making regarding business operations?
- Do you want to step through a cluster scenario and draft a plan?
RiskLogic and Johns Hopkins Centre for Health Security have partnered to deliver an online workshop that will take you through the following:
- A global and local view of the pandemic – how will it evolve?
- Cases vs clusters – a deeper understanding of the impacts
- Reducing the risk of a cluster – JHU COVID-19 Operational Risk Assessment Tool
- A practical activity – Apply a cluster management framework to your business.
On completion of the workshop, participants will have access to a Q&A session with RiskLogic and Johns Hopkins Centre for Health Security.

The COVID-19 Cluster Management workshop is available on-demand so you can step through the pillars at your own pace.
