This is an interactive session where team members become familiar with their roles and responsibilities and those of their colleagues. They learn how to use the templates, tools and checklists. Crisis Communications Exercises and Mini Drills

Participating in highly realistic, hands-on exercise scenarios reinforces and embeds the roles and responsibilities of all members of the Crisis Communications Team, including the cross-functional support staff seconded from other business units.

Guided by our expert facilitators, the exercise uses interactive injects from media, social media and other stakeholders. RiskLogic’s facilitators test the team’s ability to use the Crisis Communications Plan to respond effectively.

These exercises provide a safe place for the team to hone their skills, learn from their mistakes and identify gaps. Our crisis communications exercises include an on-camera TV interview with the CEO or relevant spokesperson, providing valuable practice in a high-pressure scenario.
